OUR SERVICES

We provide a highly tailored, personal service from design right through to full project co-ordination. We are happy to work on projects of any size from a single room to large houses and are capable of handling a major refurbishment from spatial design and structural alterations through to furnishings and final decoration. There are three distinct elements to each project:

1. Design

2. Sourcing & Purchasing

3. Project Co-ordination

We offer the flexibility to allow you to decide the level of help you require.

  1. Design

A design concept for each project is developed around each client’s needs and desires which informs the design process from start to finish.  Many clients like to be involved in the design process and we positively encourage this collaborate way of working, where clients, designers and makers are all part of the process.

The first step is to CONTACT US to arrange a free call to discuss your project.

2. Sourcing & Purchasing

A full list of fixtures, fittings and furniture is drawn up at the design stage and can be sourced and purchased on your behalf. We will co-ordinate deliveries taking away all the stress and hassle and are able to source one-off pieces from antique dealers, art fairs and showrooms.

Cost

We charge a 15% fee on purchase costs for sourcing and purchasing goods. This covers our time to provide this service which includes administration to order, checking goods, arranging returns and managing damages or errors, as well as sourcing and visiting trade exhibitions, meeting with product agents, sample storage, etc..

We receive trade discounts on many items which we pass on to clients usually resulting in a net saving for them. By being transparent with our costs we are completely impartial to different suppliers and manufacturers.

3. Project Co-Ordination

We will oversee projects from pre-construction through to completion.  We are happy to work with our own trusted skilled crafts and tradesmen, to undertake a tender procedure or work with a client’s preferred contractors.

Project co-ordination includes:

  • Statutory Documentation: work with Architects on planning applications, building regulations submissions, listed building and conservation area consents

  • Appointment of specialist consultants: structural engineers, party wall surveyors and Mechanical and Electrical consultants

  • Detailed specifications and scope of works for tendering and construction

  • Overseeing the construction process through to completion

  • Advice and overseeing product installation

  • Closely managing timescales and budget
